The persons helping me with a refund acted like they didn’t know how to give a refund on two separate occasions. I shouldn’t have to call more than once if at all to be refunded $70. I think they were hoping I would forget about it or not follow up
Absolutely awful service from blue mountain. Terrible security on the location and after I confronted them after having roughly $1500 worth of equipment stolen from me there they were completely unwilling to help or even look at their security cameras. Seemed like a known issue. Save your money
