I had the pleasure this morning to follow one of their service trucks. Well, actually not pleasure at all… he was driving what looked to be almost double the speed limit and then when he was stopped at a light, threw a lit cigarette out the window. Please do better, speeding is one thing, but possibly setting a fire is another. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from this business from now on.

Kevin, the plumber, did a great job fixing my hot water supply issue with the bathroom sink. Quick to isolate the problem, and tidy workmanship with the fix.

A guy driving this company's car hit my car and was rude, threatened me, and refused to apologise. The owner was nice, but unfortunately if this company hires this kind of people I have to speak out.

Repaired? Elderly Neighbours had a leak in main water line to house in 2021. Less than a year later it was leaking again in same spot where this company did the repairs. Poor work and greatly over charged. Neighbours attempted to call and email without any response. City officials was aware of the leak and required it fixed asap. Neighbours Ended up calling Drain Master and they replaced the whole line from the street to the house which was was less than half the cost of Blue Mountain Services.
