A guy driving this company's car hit my car and was rude, threatened me, and refused to apologise. The owner was nice, but unfortunately if this company hires this kind of people I have to speak out.

Repaired? Elderly Neighbours had a leak in main water line to house in 2021. Less than a year later it was leaking again in same spot where this company did the repairs. Poor work and greatly over charged. Neighbours attempted to call and email without any response. City officials was aware of the leak and required it fixed asap. Neighbours Ended up calling Drain Master and they replaced the whole line from the street to the house which was was less than half the cost of Blue Mountain Services. I had a bad expirence with Shamir the plumber from Bby Mountain Plumbing and heating and reno ltd, he installed a new heater and burst a pipe but did not repair it properly and I got a bill from Fortis for $516.00 for the month and he did not want to come back, had to call another plumber to fix it. He is not reliable.
