Throughout the entire process I found the providers to be unprofessional, both the psychologist and the LMHC who conducted the assessments. The psychologist I found to be demeaning throughout the intake process, making jokes like, "I knew they were smart!" The LMHC did not even introduce herself, and for the first 1-2 hours of the assessment period was on a phone call on hold, not even in the room for various periods of time. Kept forgetting what grade my child was in. She was in 12th and the counselor put advice into the report for a middle schooler. Some of the information in the report seemed like it was accidentally copied and pasted from another child's report. Very disappointing.

I do not think the final report was accurate and question some of the testing. Disappointed with this Dr. almost a year for a diagnostic it sure was a long wait. I would not recommend this Dr. because I think he missed very obvious mannerisms/characteristics that other professionals in his field have not missed. Family or spouse was not considered to provide additional information that would’ve potentially changed the outcome of the final report. Was referred to this company by my counselor to get an updated ADHD diagnosis. Waited for 8 months just to get an appointment. Then was never diagnosed with ADHD, but was told I had below average intelligence, borderline sociopath, and egotistical. I spent the better part of $3500 and some serious mental anguish for this "doctor" to throw some generic paperwork together. The "doctor" specializes in criminal psychology and I feel that's how I was treated.
