Price switcher that quotes you one thing and tries to charge you more for no extra work to see if you'll notice when he bills you. Only likes to do the easy light work even if its half way through a job. Put over a $1000 in and he didnt even get a new unit working fully. Don't waste your money here. Has a rude know it all attitude as well
Our slide was coming opening its own, then would not retract. Jeff diagnosed problem found parts gave us a complete estimate to send to our warranty company. It was approved. Jeff completed the work on August 5th submitted final detailed invoice. We arrived home today received our reimbursement check dated 8/10 from Compass.
Beware! He’s a huge rip off! He thinks he knows everything and he DOES NOT!! After $900 replacing parts, it still didn’t work. Come to find out the wire to the thermostat was dirty and that was the only problem. When he did replace one of the parts, it took him 15 minutes and he still charged me $300 to install. 😡🤬 Especially when the parts were not the problem. He has riped off 5 other friends terribly, so I would highly suggest finding someone who knows what they’re doing and isn’t going to rip you off!! On top of all of... read more
