Not even sure where to start with this place... Originally reached out to Blue Mountain on 6/24 to have electric trim tabs added to my 20’ CC. No problem, drop it off week after 7/4 was the reply. On 7/6 I asked if it was OK to drop off that day and was told, “You can drop it off yes. We are running about a week behind unfortunately so we won't get to it until next week”... Business response:
We were honest with him and just didn't feel comfortable drilling into a $50k boat when it was next to impossible to mount the tabs in the actual correct location. Also the customer did not explain that the trim tab kit he brought would not work on his boat because of the transom depth and the ladder being in the way. He wanted us to install them on the incorrect location and we were not going to do that.
