Blue Mountain came out and did our yard last year. We have had some issues with it not being graded properly, therefore we have a lake in our yard (we do not have a sprinkler system) One of the employees working on the neighbors yard came over and confirmed we have a problem and to contact the manager. We have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails. We have yet to hear anything. Very nice until they have your money. Now I know why it was insisted we pay with cash.
