Dr. Richardson has taught me so much about how to manage and improve my overall health. I have never seen a naturopathic doctor before, and I was not sure if it would work for me. Let me tell you, the care he provides works. With his guidance my A1C went from diabetic level to normal in three months. You can tell he really loves what he does and is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of those he serves.
He listens to and addresses all of my concerns thoroughly. I’ve never had such comprehensive care and attentiveness from a Dr!
Dr. Richardson was a very nice guy and I enjoyed my appointment, but I never received access to fulfil my prescription. I was able to access the chart online and find out what vitamins I was supposed to take, so I got what I needed from Andy’s Market. I think for how expensive these appointments are, I would’ve liked more follow up care and my phone calls returned. I think Dr. Richardson needs some help with reception and tech services. In the future I might try again when these issues are resolved.
