The owners, Tina and Alan, have brought their unique talents to the Valley. Tina's has the ability to create designs with beads, string pearls (so that they hang straight and naturally), etc. Alan has made a number of rings and pendents for our families. His ability to design starting from a sketch to a finished creation is exciting. Their store, also, has unique jewelry pieces and carvings to attract the collector. It has been a pleasure to work with them over the years.
Not so customer focused. I wne to have my rings sized, and they made it clear I was WAY low on their list. Won't be going back.
