I grew up going there it's a huge part of my childhood ... I really love that place
It was an awesome and exhilarating experience to commune with like minded believers. I love the renovations. I wish the housing was updated. The efficacy had an old musty smell that was taken care of with air freshener. Staff was pleasant and I absolutely loved the changes to the dining hall, lobby and bookstore area.
Blue Mountain Christian Retreat is such a wonderful place to go to connect with God and with other followers of Christ! I had the opportunity to work as a Children's Ministry Counselor in the summer of '15 and it was a great experience. I got to teach young children about who God is and His son Jesus Christ. It was great getting to see them be excited and to ask questions when they did not understand something. :)
