There is a dead tree next to my place. It has been dead for at least 3 years and now bark is coming off in strips. Also looks like there is a fungus or something growing on it. I have not been given an adequate answer when I ask when it is going to be taken down,. I think this should also be considered when we are asked to cl ean things up and make the park look nice,
It’s a beautiful area to live in, however current owners/management is a struggle to work with. My thoughts, the company that owns the land is treating use like a HOA. Lease is 45+ pages long with additional protection to the owners and manager. They are requiring us to provide proof of insurance along with basically a waiver removing them from all liability. Lot rent has soared in the last 3 years with little to no improvements. Sad, just sad. Used to be easy and pleasant to live here.
I live here and I enjoy living here in this community. The neighbors here are great! But the management here leaves more to be desired seriously. Everytime I call to speak to someone I pray it isn't Karen. She doesn't know how to talk to people with respect and dignity. We live here not her and she wouldn't have a job with out the tenants who reside here. It is disheartening when a management company treat you like just a dollar sign.
