Tried to hire them on short notice to repair a gas stove. Gave me a 2 hr window, then called and canceled saying the repair person could not make it until next week. Totally left me in a bind. Very unprofessional!
They just take your Money and time !!! The repair man came by just to tell me what Is wrong with the my washer but don’t repair it He told tell they’ll (Company )give you a call on how much it’ll be ,I waited 4 days and I call them back to see what was going on and the hung up on me $55 for the visit that’s some BS!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We took off work, totaling 9 hours between two days, waiting for the repairman to show. I was hung up on 3 times when calling to inquire and there is never a manager available to escalate your complaint to. This company is unprofessional and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
I called the guy I was speaking with at first seemed nice but I got cut off then I called right back and said I had just talked to someone about my whole dryer problem if I could talk back to him she didn't even want to ask if someone was just speaking to me she wanted me to go through everything all over and she just laughed and was like she was trying to make fun of me because all she would ask the guys if anyone has spoken to anyone about a whirlpool dryer of course they have spoken to someone about that brand of dryer bu... read more
