So I gave these people 5 stars when we first purchased our vehicle back in June. When we signed the contract we were offered a 5 year bumper to bumper extended warranty for a fairly reasonable price so we added it to the finance package. Our credit union approved the loan and everything was fine and dandy until we recently received a letter from the warranty place stating that our extended warranty had been canceled for "non payment". I bought a car a year ago and it's nothing that they said or showed with their certified inspection. Multiple accidents.

Victoria helped me pick the Jetta I wanted in the price range I was comfortable in. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with the car I wanted. They are firm with prices but can assure the best deals around. I had plenty of payment options and they work directly with my credit union to make the lending process easy. Highly recommend, especially Victoria. She helped me review my car fax and is super patient with the shopping process.
