Great, professional service!
They never miss a pickup. We had a few weeks in BG with holidays and horrible storms. My neighbors use other services, and their trash piled up while Blue Moon didn’t miss a beat. Plus, I love their customer service. They function like a small, local business and that’s great for our community.
This company did very good in the Scottsville area up until they started moving into Bowling Green, Ever since then (6 months ago) I've gotten billing errors twice I called and updated billing info and they never updated it as well as they have a very inconsistent pickup time as some days its 4am and then the next weekly cycle it will be 7PM, currently on week 2 without the company taking my trash and they skip a day at least once a month on our route.
