Had no problem with the company until we had a new driver the new driver doesn’t know how to drive well so she skips my business every week I pay for the service so the service needs to be provided so now I have a mound of trash in front of my building which isn’t appealing to customers what so ever and she claims she can’t fit and won’t even pull in the lot to see she stops at the road looks then keeps driving so if you want what you pay for I wouldn’t recommend this company to due to the lack of capability of there drivers... read more
the absolute dumbest billing cycle ever for residential trash service,,3 months quarterly ? ,name one 3 month bill, not,,water, cell phone, electric, credit cards, rent, netflix, hulu, cable everything is monthly everywhere except for blue moon that wants to be weird..i cant keep up with which 3 months is which.. i never get a bill..no mail no, no internet email notice i'm always guessing.. and then they changed the billing system to a new system. i have called and been told over and over that i am in the system and they hav... read more
I just wanted to share some thoughts about Blue moon sanitation company. We been a customer for about a year and I believe they have great service and they’re always on schedule and on time. And they’re really affordable too. They’re cheaper than some of the other sanitation companies in town. We have our own can and they don’t charge extra when I do set it out, which is about once every three months. Whereas other companies in town won’t pick up personal cans and they want you to purchase a second can. Every time I see one ... read more
Trash men have skipped emptying my garbage can twice in the past few weeks all while the garbage can is in plain view. Call the office just to find out these men have lied on reports stating garbage can is missing.
They never leave any trash behind. They are amazing.
