Kim was amazing, and is definitely an asset to the company with her professional, friendly demeanor. Oleksii was on time, personable and efficient. Over charged for basic furnace service 4 hours at $700+ and they didn't finish the job. Would have been 5 hours and about $900. Do not use them.!

After a long and frustrating search for a competent plumber, I am so relieved to have found Blue Moon Plumbers. We have a fairly complicated system, and my past experiences with other companies have been a nightmare of no-shows, incomplete work, surprise fees, and recurring problems. Most recently, we had a Delta faucet that had been "repaired" twice in the last eight months by other plumbers but still never worked properly. We called Blue Moon Plumbing for our water leak. The plumber, Oleksii, arrived in 90 minutes. He was friendly and able to determine the cause of our leak and quickly repair it. His investigation and immediate repair mitigated the amount of water damage to our home. Our insurance company was quite pleased with the response, quality of work and the investigative information provided.
