I had a positive experience with Blue Moon in the past and originally left a 5-star review. However, I recently hired them for a small job that was handled very poorly. Despite my efforts to send photos and clarify what was needed ahead of time, the technician was unprepared, made multiple trips to get parts, and left the vanity leaking, which caused water damage.
