Had my first session with Kristi today and it was very relaxing and she was very attentive. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I have a lot of tension/trauma in my body and she was very mindful of that and created a safe space for sure. Highly recommend! I just wanted to add to my review since I have been going to CST for several months. It has been life changing for me and something I will stick with forever. My life is hectic and my time with Kristi is the most relaxing and peaceful time I get.

My son was 5 months old when it became clear that he was strong but lacked mobility and this made him very frustrated. He had a flat spot so I would stay up at night and try to turn his head so he sleep in different positions. That being said we both slept very little and it made me quite anxious. I knew he needed therapy, or massage of some kind. Then we found out that Kristy does craniosacral massage for babies.
