Had my first session with Kristi today and it was very relaxing and she was very attentive. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I have a lot of tension/trauma in my body and she was very mindful of that and created a safe space for sure. Highly recommend!
My son was 5 months old when it became clear that he was strong but lacked mobility and this made him very frustrated. He had a flat spot so I would stay up at night and try to turn his head so he sleep in different positions. That being said we both slept very little and it made me quite anxious. Amazing atmosphere
Kristi's energy work is impossible to put into words. She is extremely attentive, kind and has passion for her clients. Her work during pregnancy, post partumn, and on my newborn daughter eased tension, helped with bonding, and helped my post partumn healing. Highly recommend her for any stage in life.
