My favorite gym in the world, definitely better than planet fitness, and not nearly as ridiculously busy as Vasa. And yes, I have canceled my membership before, when I wasn't going to the gym for a period of time, and it was no issue, so I don't know why people are struggling so much with that. I would recommend this gym all day long. I have worked out at both the one on Emmett Street and the one on q, and I enjoy them both, for different reasons. Cancelled my membership with the lady at the front desk, 2 mos later i was turned over to collections.... BEWARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMEBRSHIP.

Edit, June 2026 - Unfortunately I have to edit this review and move from my original 5 stars. Trying to cancel the membership has been a nightmare, and it has been impossible to get them to issue a refund for the over payments they have charged me. It has been very difficult to get in touch with a human to help resolve the billing issues. The first couple of people I had worked with were polite and had good customer service skills, but were unsuccessful in completing the refund they had assured me had been processed. This place is the biggest scam in the world I explain why in December 2023 I made a membership that supposedly had a coach which I never knew why they never assigned it here began the first lie I was very disappointed I did not go to this place anymore on February 29 they took out of my card a motorcycle of 185.81 dollars which I went and asked them why they had done that to me if I do not go to the gym for the aforementioned reason well they told me that it was a surcharge for not making the payment being So I told them to ... read more
