I signed up and only needed the basic membership, but was told it was actually cheaper to sign up with the higher membership because they had a promo going on with no enrollment fee. I was told I could just downgrade to basic before my first month was up. I went in to do that and was charged a $39 enrollment fee and there was nothing they could do. The staff have all been really helpful. Emerson at the front desk went through all of the membership options and worked with me to find which one would be best for me. I am visiting from out of town, and have gotten into a good routine of going to the gym at home. I come here for several weeks each summer and didn't want to loose my pace. Everyone here has been super welcoming and friendly. I have joined some group classes and the trainers have been fantastic. Especially Molly.
