Editing this review to add the lack of professionalism from team member Joel who responded below asking to be contacted via email. Neither Joel or anyone else who receives emails at the addresses provided have responded to my attempts to reach them. Apparently the rude and unprofessional behavior displayed at thier locations is learned behavior from the corporate office. Bullshit that memberships can only be canceled during specific hours. Rude and unhelpful employees.
Went in to work out around 9pm on the 25th. The gentleman working were extremely helpful and polite. I was a little shocked because I haven't typically experienced this in any gym during night hours.
my daughter never even signed up for this place and they tried to say she owed $200 and they were going to send her to a collection agency. This Is the most shadiest place I’ve ever seen! The worst place ever!!
