My review *was* good, but after I canceled my membership they continued to charge me without explaining anything and now I have a collections bill. When I called I basically got *shrug*. Call them. Birches youre the ones who charged me.

I really love this gym, especially the women’s-only weight room, but I’ve been running into a recurring issue. The posted staff hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM on weekdays, yet far too often, no one is at the front desk between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. Because of this, I haven’t been able to tan after my workout (before heading to work), even though it’s part of my membership. I been going to Blue moon for many years, mostly to the central Blue moon. These past few months the gym has been going downhill. The place is really dirty; they used to keep it clean. The machines and the showers are really dirty. After 3 pm we used to have our regular people working out, but now you have young kids come in and want to flex and tie up machines.
