Yesterday made me realize that I need to leave this gym. I watched three men take their shirts off and disrespect all of the equipment and gymgoers. When one gentleman asked them to be more respectful it just got worse and almost ended in a fight. Men using the women's only area isn't uncommon. I don't feel safe here anymore. I miss this place before it was 24 hours. I miss the staff.

I cancelled my membership in September 2025 and kept getting charged, I went to talk to the employees again and they said they would get me cancelled and refunded. I still keep getting charged and there is no one it seems to contact on the website or anything. I don't want to take legal action but I'm at the end of my rope about doing this. The gym is definitely not worth the hassle.

They continue to rip me off. I always signed up for Blue Moon when I’d visit my family for a month at a time, because I usually live outside of the country. Each time, I’d ask them to cancel the contract before the end of the month. The employees always confirmed it was canceled. In 2024, they charged me a few hundred dollars. I tried to sign up for Blue Moon’s “cancer and diabetes patient” membership. This membership has been offered for many years and is readily advertised on Blue Moon’s web site. I filled out the required form on the website and made an appointment to visit the gym to complete my membership. When I arrived for my appointment, the employee had no idea about my appointment. The central location recieves 5 stars because the Gym was much more clean than the past couple months ive been going, staff have seemed more helpful, especially Austyn and Noah who helped me and showed me around the gym. They seem very knowledgeable and well trained. Gym equipment is cleaner and there is always disinfecting spray and paper towels to wipe the machines. I feel like ive seen a massive change in the environment in the last couple weeks in cleanliness and the social environment.
