As the sun was setting on a week night at 7 PM, I could detect a burning odor behind the wall, and I needed someone right now — they answered on the first call and arrived within the hour, and after breaking apart the wall, I found that there was a short in a wire splice which had been arcing inside the insulation. That night was used to fix the repair and I wasn't left with an issue of a fire hazard until the next business day.

Marco was polite, informative and a total pleasure to work with. Scheduling was pretty easy and we had one mixup but they more than made up for it. We installed some new outlets, replaced a light, repaired a broken outlet and changed out a timer for my store’s sign.

Contacted them for first alert smoke detectors installation done across the house and it feels a lot safer now, appreciate how everything was tested before they left. I didn’t have any proper detectors installed before, so it was something I kept putting off.

Wiring not working became obvious when certain parts of the house suddenly had no power. It was confusing at first. The electrician traced the issue and repaired the damaged wiring. Everything has been restored.
