We wanted backup power in anticipation of next storm season. The installation was smooth and electrician thoroughly tested the system. There was a very good level of explanation, and made us feel prepared.
The power fluctuation impacted some electronics and a better power protection was desired throughout the home. The electrician wired the whole house surge protection professionally and clearly discussed the purpose of this protect device. I’m reassured.
The issue at the home was related to an electrical panel problem which posed a serious safety threat. The electrician checked and fixed all of this so that it will not cause any more harm to the customers. Work was handled professionally, the situation was not made more stressful. Just getting the electric issue safely put in hand was an amazing decrease.
