I had a great experience. It had been months since my last cut and my hair was pretty long. The previous cut I hated so I had been putting it off. I didn't know how i wanted it cut at all. I wanted a professional to look and decide what was best. And thats exactly what he did. Excellent job. I waited a couple weeks before posting this to make sure I was happy with it. Definitely am, will be going back
