The owner knows his stuff. New and vintage equipment. Can order, trade, consign and repair. Amazing small shop.
What can I say that has not already been said by prior reviews? I live in Las Vegas and discovered Blue Moon AV via Audiogon. They are now my sole go to for all of my home theater needs. Len has provided the best service, prices, and overall experience/satisfaction for me time and time again. All in all, he has spent countless hours with me on the phone answering questions and giving me very good purchasing advice; he really knows his stuff. Cannot recommend these guys enough. The owner has a lot of audio knowledge but I am really dissapointed in the service. I bought a used $2K pre-amp. Within less than a year, I realized the preamp leaked sound between channels (I had always had only one source, so it could have been broken when I purchased it). I asked him if there was anything he could do, and he gave me a local repair place. Caveat emptor, but really for higher end products I would have thought he would have done more to stand behind a product even though it was used.
Blue Moon Audio has a great selection of new and used equipment. I've sold a few pieces through Len, now, and each time I go down there, I learn something new about home audio equipment.
