As somebody who has had a lot of traumatic bodywork and does not let people lay hands on them often, it was truly shocking to see how relaxed my body and nervous system was when Heather was working on me. She was constantly checking in with me to ensure that I was safe and her touch was extremely light but extremely effective. I called Blue Monarch to schedule my massage, left a message, and was promptly called back. My appointment was set up with Caleigh. We discussed areas of focus before getting started. Throughout, Caleigh had a very calming demeanor, and created a relaxing environment. She addressed everything that we talked about. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and look forward to the next time I go back.

I had an amazing experience at Blue Monarch Advanced Bodywork. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and professional. The massage itself was incredible—thoughtful, intuitive, and clearly done by someone who truly understands the body. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. You can tell there’s real care and skill behind the work here. If you’re looking for high-quality bodywork and a massage that actually makes a difference, I can’t recommend Blue Monarch Advanced ... read more

They are also very thorough with any kind of medical conditions you may have which I thought was great because I feel like a lot of places don’t do that enough and it helps give the massage therapist a better understanding on how to approach the client. I will de... read more

I love the value put into the training for each LMT here—not that half-hearted "on the job training" vibe, but more like that “we go all in, and we all show up to the big continuing education workshops to really learn it right” kind of energy. The women here genuinely care about growing their skills and bringing back high-level techniques to use on us as clients. That kind of dedication matters. It shows up in the quality of work, the confidence in their touch, and the professionalism that sets them apart. I’m seriously grat... read more
