Blanca is exactly correct, Jacabb is absolutely fleecing everyone who is forced to use their service for twice the regular rate of water/sewer in the SC upstate area. Honestly they should be investigated.
This company charges double the amount of the bill from any other water company in the Clemson or Central area. Also, if you pay online, they charge a payment processing fee, which makes it unaffordable to pay for the water bill. In a single year, I will pay over $1400 for water due to the absurdly high prices that this company charges. I was forced to use this provider because it is the only water company provided at the place that I am currently renting in Central .
