We have lived here for almost a year and everything is great until recently. We have had continuous issues with water leaking. May 16 our water pipe from outside bursted. We called the emergency maintenance and they gave us a fan to dry the basement and stated they would be out Monday to fix issue. I left multiple forms of communication to the office via phone, voicemail, and emails and have not gotten one response!!! Maintenance did not come until Wednesday May 20 to “fix” the issue!!!!!!!
