Blue Martin Property Services delivered a fantastic transformation of part of our backyard to extend our house adding two bedrooms and a powder room. I have a property in East Melbourne that had a problematic building issue. Blue Martin Property Services were excellent, both regarding complicated Planning requirements and in the prompt completion of the required work. I found them reliable and courteous. Their communication was also prompt and to the point. Their costs were clearly stated and, due to a few variables, a little lower than we had agreed.
