Our old balcony had a water leak with a failed waterproofing membrane. The guys from Blue Martin ripped out the old material and completely rebuilt our new balcony. Looks great, no more leaks, job was complete thoroughly and fairly quick. I'd recommend these guys to anyone else that needs a balcony repair!
