Rented from them twice prior to this summer and they were great but they went/are going out of business... unable to reach anyone over the phone, no returned messages, and they are still holding my raincheck from last summer. Seems I won't be getting my money back.
Worst customer service ever! Called and was treated like a kid!
BEFORE renting and accepting the charge make sure to ask to see their waiver and read it. Unfortunately I was not told there would be a waiver just that there are no refunds. That wasn’t a problem until they charged me AND THEN said I’d get an email with the location to pickup and a waiver I had to sign to use their equipment.
