My mom has used Blue Marlin for several years now. They have always been great to her. I appreciate their kindness over the years. We continue to use Blue Marlin for our weekly pool service needs including a large repair we did last year. I would highly recommend their service. I feel they are honest and reasonable pricing. We love our pool tech (Jesús), he is always friendly and has a smile to share. Thanks for all you do, we appreciate you!!
We have been using Blue marlin for many years and really like our person and services. AND/BUT lately (for the last 5/7 weeks it’s been green EXCEPT the one day they/blue marlin shows up). They keep saying it will get better, NOT! Blue marlin returned and our pool is looking much better!
I had Blue Marlin start weekly service the beginning of this summer after a winter of neglect on my part, they were able to get my pool sparkly blue and get rid of the nasty algae spots that had taken over. My service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable on pools. Will definitely be sticking with this business.
Horrible!! Didn't close the backwash valve, they forgot and "made a mistake ' as they replied, this was 2 months ago and it drained the pool 1/2 way overnight. Apologized and then sure enough they neglected to pay attention and not close the backwash valve again! Seriously? Not once but twice now? No excuse! I'm not sure if the company really wants to stay in business with these consistent mistakes.
