I purchased a jar of Blue Magic Metal Polish Cream to clean the chrome on my bumper. It did not remove all the stains. I tried to take advantage of the money back guarantee, but I needed to obtain a free shipping label, otherwise the postage would cost more than the jar did. I emailed and left a message to Clark Elmore, customer service per the receptionist. He has never returned my email or call.
