I am so grateful for Blue Lotus. I have been practicing at home for about 2 years and recently decided to join a studio. I am so grateful I did. Blue lotus has great instructors who give you a wide range of options during your practice. There are also so many lovely people to practice beside. I don’t have children myself but I joined because they provide child care — it’s indicative of their values and commitment to community. I’m so fortunate to have found Blue Lotus and all of their incredible instructors. It was perfect as a beginner to yoga and has been great as I grow in my practice. It’s been a comfortable studio as an LGBT person of color. Love that it’s in the middle of Woodlawn. Plus, they provide mats and props!
