Paul Fowler of Blue Lotus Thai is an excellent instructor. I was able to take a weekend course with him on Table Thai recently. It was informative and fun. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we were using proper body mechanics and check in with us. He was patient and I learned so much. Plus, bonus I have frozen shoulder and he worked on it and I gained almost full range of motion. If you get the chance to learn from Paul do it!!!!

The obvious limitations of space and draping while working on a massage table are better defined now that I can comprehend the original energy transfers or physics that are component's drawn from the foundational concepts of Thai massage. Paul and his program are the real deal. Learning Thai massage theory and practice from him and his team was the best decision I made. Paul does not cut corners and the care he takes in educating his students highlights how dedicated he is to this path. If I could, I would follow him around, learning and practicing for the rest of my life.
Best massage of my life, therapeutic on many levels. Healing intuitive touch of the body, promoting feelings of trust and ability to be vulnerable both on the physical and mental plain. Spiritual journey includes ability to accept nurturing from another and "Get out of your head", simply feel and be well.
