Dropped off a zero turn, said it might take him a couple of weeks to get to it. Which was fine because I didn’t need it right away because I had one I could use in the mean time. Communication was non existent after a few months. I finally decided just to go pick it up, after leaving several voicemails and texts for OVER A YEAR. I don’t know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from but that is definitely not my experience. The yard and driveway are strewn with old broken down power equipment. A real mess and eyesore for the neighbors. But based on the fake reviews below, I dropped off three small engines for tune up and he said that it would take about two weeks. Pretty sure that was overly optimistic so I waited for 4 weeks and then started calling. Left a message. No one returned the call. Waited two more weeks, called again and left a messa... read more

Dropped off a tiller 6.5 months ago, was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to be fixed. We have reached out several times to check on the progress and every time we were told it needed another week. The owner started ignoring our calls and texts around October (he had the tiller roughly 4 months at this point). Now it has almost been 7 months and we just want to fix it ourselves but cannot get the owner to respond for us to arrange a time to pick the item up.

Pretty sure that was overly optimistic so I waited for 4 weeks and then started calling. Left a message. No one returned the call. Waited two more weeks, called again and left a message. Again no return call. Waited another two weeks and called a third time. This time the voicemail box was not functioning and could not record a mess... read more
