The crew at Blue Line is great. They came out and did an estimate for free after my crawl space was flooded. At first, I was skeptical when they recommended a full replacement of the heating duct work; however, when I saw the condition of the ducts they removed, I was so glad I trusted them (it was old, rusty, filthy, and falling apart). I had an appointment for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The never showed up. I called their number 4 times throughout the day and nobody ever answered the phone. The owner finally picked up the phone and made excuses about why they didn’t show (your appointment was dropped when we merged to a new system, she doesn’t work her anymore, etc.). I knew they wouldn’t show as they never answer their phone. Any other company would be a far better choice.
Work order went as planned. Michael and assistant did a good job laying a new vapor barrier in our crawl space. Job was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.
