I had an appointment for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The never showed up. I called their number 4 times throughout the day and nobody ever answered the phone. The owner finally picked up the phone and made excuses about why they didn’t show (your appointment was dropped when we merged to a new system, she doesn’t work her anymore, etc.). I knew they wouldn’t show as they never answer their phone. Any other company would be a far better choice.
Work order went as planned. Michael and assistant did a good job laying a new vapor barrier in our crawl space. Job was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.
Michael arrived promptly on time. He was courteous and very pleasant. He worked quickly and did a thorough job. He also advised us when we should schedule our next appointment. We hope to see him the next time Blue Line cleans our dryer vent.
These guys are great! Professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. They did great work. Excellent communication. Will use them again.
