We hired Justin as a personal fitness coach and embarked on a process with him over several weeks. He was great with helping us break hurdles, encourage getting out of the slump, and getting back to work. I had never used kettle bells before and his instructions made it very easy to follow along and ensure proper form was followed. He helped lay the groundwork for our continued success
Would highly recommend. A great variety of equipment, and a great workout environment.
