We are relocating to Hawaii and they (Hector) said that our vehicle would be in Hawaii for pickup on 12 NOV 05. He never returns calls even when he is left a message with his secretary or his answering machine, and his secretary says he is in with a client or on the phone when you call. It is now 10 NOV 05 and our vehicle hasn't even left the states yet. There is no customer service with this company and I would never recommend or use this company again.
