John Zaccardelli and Blue Line do an OUTSTANDING job! They designed both of my last two homes and did TERRIFIC work! Besides being VERY talented, they're EXTREMELY strong on morals, ethics and integrity too. They do things RIGHT! I HIGHLY recommend John Z and Blue Line!

Absolute best home plan designer. I gave John and idea of what we wanted and we talked through the details and he produced an excellent, beautiful design that was even better than what I had imagined. If you need plans drafted, only go here.
