Blue Line Builders were amazing in helping us renovate after two incidents of water damage. In both cases, they were very responsive and provided amazingly detailed estimates that were acceptable to our insurance company. And the prices were quite reasonable. At the same time, Blue Line Builders provided excellent quality work. Had a positive meeting with owner Dan on Oct 29 for over an hour, fully described what we were looking for, definitely not an ordinary remodel and would require some custom carpentry to match existing. Dale seemed to understand what we were looking for, and said we would start by demo of some drywall to see what was inside. I was referred to Blue Line by State Farm. I waited for 2 weeks to schedule an appt for a quote. I wasted 2 hours for Dale to view the damage on January 14. I was advised it would be 2 weeks to obtain a quote. I never received a quote. I contacted Dale the 2nd week of February, he advised he would look and call me back. Dale did not call back. I contacted Dale again, Feb 23, Dale apparently lost all the data and cannot provide a quote. Needless to say I have no idea of the quality of his work, but his up front work was slopp... read more
