I had an opportunity to utilize Carl Summer’s services from Blue Light Rain LLC this past week, and I cannot recommend this person highly enough! His punctuality, professionalism and technical knowledge were way above par. His well-reasoned diagnosis and necessary rectification was delivered with clarity and the repair process for my AC unit was achieved much easier at a reasonable price. I would wholeheartedly never hesitate to seek his services again in the future as need arises.
Our AC stopped working the night before we were supposed to go out of town — after first calling the company who installed it and being told no one was available to come look at it until the next day, I called Carl at Blue Light Rain HVAC and he quite literally saved the day! Had a great experience with Carl and BLR when my A/C went out during a heatwave. Carl expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue and explained to me what had happened. Highly recommended.
