My daughter has been going here about a year and a half. Went in non verbal, and here we are speaking sentences and telling me what she wants and needs and so much more. Sam, the supervisor at the Clio location, is a wonderful human being who really cares about my child, loves on her, and takes her own special needs into consideration. Not to mention any time I need to communicate about her she always responds, and the weekly meetings have been life changing. 0/10 my son has been here for a week now worst experience yet. My son comes home with mysterious marks no explanation whatsoever. He has spoken up to the manager Sam told her he didn’t want her to take his pants off and my son told me she yelled at him. My son is 3 years old this is unacceptable! Also today while getting him into our vehicle another parent tried almost hit us! Worst experience ever I cannot believe this is being recommended. Don’t waste your time! Trust parent to parent
I worked here for over a year. The only thing that kept me that long, was the awesome kids I got to work with. When hired I was promised all kinds of benefits, raises, etc that never happened. They also continuously changed policies last minute. (Less then 24 hour notice) The management was absolutely horrible. I loved being a behavioral technician but this company drove me away. My daughter has so much fun at Blue Lakes Autism Center in Clio. The staff are always friendly and happy to see her.
