The staff are kind and very professional.
The young receptionist was nothing but rude, and made me feel embarrassed and extremely Upset in front of other people with their pets in the waiting Room. 😓 Learn some manners or go and work as A Jail Warden.. But the vet that worked on my dog is A Gem. ❤️
They saved my dogs life after a bite from a tiger snake. Beautiful people. Professional, caring, savvy, helpful, knowledgeable,and loved by my dog now. Thank you Caroline.
Staff here are lovely and our dog is never too stressed or uncomfortable on his visits here. Also grateful we could have our very elderly and higher medical needs cat stay here, giving us peace of mind while we were away.
