Arrived before our appointment time for our first visit ever, the reception area was empty of clients but there were multiple people behind the counter. Was asked to take a seat, after a while more clients came in and were greeted with high enthusiasm and obviously their appointments were after ours, but they were given priority and we were basically ignored. I can't say thank you enough to the team here. Our Priscilla has had a stroke in the night & wasn't too good. We called the clinic & the Vet arranged to meet us at clinic at 6.30am in morning. The Vet to as compassionate, caring & was able to euthanize Prolly with dignity and respect. Thankyou so much for caring
