I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, however the entire team at Blue Lake Endodontics has a very professional and friendly demeanor that had me at ease. The facility was very clean and the team made sure to have me well prepared for out of pocket costs and I’m very thankful they take Care Credit. They were flexible with scheduling and even reached out to me after my procedure to see how I was doing.
THE STAFF TECHNITION AND DR WERE ALL VERY CAREING AND PROFECIANT IN THE ROOT CANNAL I WAS VERY SATISFIED
You guys! I just had the best dental appointment in my life and yes it was a root canal. Once you recover from the sticker shock (which is no different from any other endodonic office you go to. It just is what it is). You meet a team of calming and caring professionals who just want to make you feel better, make your experience as gentle as possible, and truly understand the fear people have when it comes to root canals. I can't recommend them enough!!
I am a VERY nervous dental patient so I was so grateful for the care and patience they gave me. They made sure I was comfortable at each step of my procedure (root canal...EEKK!) and took the time to explain everything. They even let you pick the music! They called me the next morning to make sure I was doing ok. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Lake Endodontics. Both Robert Gilliam, DMD and staff were phenomenal.
My dentist referred me to Blue Lake Endodontist for a root canal. I waa extremely impressed and totally comfortable with the prep, time and care that went into the whole procedure. Dr Gilliam did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him as well as his friendly staff.
