Adam has this box for 11 years. It’s an – all you can ask for – CrossFit box. Made a drop-in and was super happy how friendly they treated me and made me feel welcome. He even offers CrossFit for Life, and his oldest client is 87 years old. Great Box! Loved the drop-in. Thanks again, Adam!
Friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere and an amazing set up with plenty of room. I felt really welcome and learned new exercise techniques. Looking forward to the next 6 months
