I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Lake Contracting. While working on my neighbor’s property, they removed a landscape divider that was on my side of the property without asking or notifying me. During their work, my landscaping was contaminated with clay and dirt. Instead of properly cleaning it up and restoring it, they simply dumped additional landscape rock over the mud and existing materials, which felt like an attempt to hide the damage rather than fix it. This past summer , we had Fab and his crew out to widen our driveway and design and install a beautiful stamped patio in our back yard. They did not disappoint ! His crew was quick, friendly and professional. Fab popped by several times as the project was being completed to assist and ensure that everything was executed according to plan. A blue truck with the plate "BLUELK1" was driving very erratically, not letting people pass when he was going half the speed of everyone else, and cut off multiple drivers.
Collaborating with Blue Lake has been a great experience. They are organized, client-focused, and committed to building high-quality projects. From my side handling drawings and permits, having a builder like this makes everything run smoothly. I appreciate the professionalism and look forward to working together on future builds.
