would go with blue lagoon Homes over and over again if we ended up building again. The communication was great. I went into it telling them I needed more communication than the normal person. Builder is not cooperative and rude. Every little modication is an “upgrade” and charges triple the price and still does not do it right. I was charged triple the price for fans and he did not add switches for fans when we found out about it and talked to him he did not want to discuss or be cooperative at all once he sold the house and took the money.
