My experience with Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa in Wenatchee in the Summer of 2026. In roughly 60 days I had a swim spa set in place with a crane, filled by them, and swimming in it. Absolutely ruined my brand new $350,000.00 pool here in Chelan.
Disappointing experience: pool closing. The pool was scheduled to be closed today, and the appointment was set for 9am as my husband had taken the morning off to be present, by 9:20am no one had arrived so I contacted the company to inquire as I understand things happen and being late 10-15 min while not ideal, it happens but when I call and your reason for being late is “due to weather vehicles take longer to warm up but they are on their way” an hour goes by and no one shows up or calls to update time slot.
