I hired Dean and crew to finish my totally unfinished basement. We added 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge family/craft space. It turned out beautiful. I love the new space!! He worked and scheduled the electricians, plumbers and others to have a smooth project. He cleaned as they went to minimize tracking through the home. I would recommend Blue Ladder to anyone looking for a responsible contractor who is thorough and knowledgeable.

Dean had very creative and cost effective solutions for replacing portions of my heavy and outdated deck railing system. He was accountable to the schedule, cost, and finished product. Dean is highly communicative and approachable so I was clear on what to expect and had my questions answered fully. I highly recommend Blue Ladder for your project.

Dean and his men finished our basement to our home we built in 2020. From the moment my husband and I met Dean, we knew he was our choice. Not only from his 5 star reviews, but just him as a person. His politeness, soft spoken, professional and friendly demeanor sold us immediately. Took the time out of their busy schedule to look the job over and fit it in to our needs . Very professional work and when the job was over you couldn’t tell they were even here by how clean everything was. I would recommend Blue Ladder construction to anyone . Excellent work!!
