The dealer contacted me and gave me rough appraisal for my current vehicle which was $5,000 lower than the lowest part of the range on Kelly Blue Book. I provided the KBB valuation to the salesperson and asked if that could be considered and she did not respond to my text or call back. I called the dealership back the next day and they said that Blue Knob Auto doesn't consider KBB valuations and that the estimator wouldn't even know what the KBB value would be. Got back to me right away they didnt have exactly what I was looking for and were very honest.
When I finally spoke to a “salesperson” after going through multiple people and the promise of being called back ( not for days and only because I asked several time) the salesperson was extremely rude, short and condescending. Would never buy from this dealer.
