We got off to a slow start with the repairman calling in sick so no one showed up when the pool filter container sprang a leak. I called and they rebooked me for the next day, and Dan came and assesed the problem. Unfortunately I was missing some needed parts that I thought I had, so he had to return in a couple days when I got the ordered parts. He was very helpful and fixed the problem and got the pool up and running.
I do appreciate Mike from Blue knight pools,he is very easy to talk to and very kind,even if things are wrong he still respectfully try to solve the problem, and that's highly appreciated!
Poor service from maintenance work done. The routine weekly visit seemed fine but they flooded my yard land damaged spa when I was out of town.
I have called Blue knight pool services few times and they are so prompt,Mike is very kind and always answers all my questions and very easy to reach,Glenn came to check my system and I enjoyed how knowledgeable and kind he was. I recommend them highly!!
We had our pool tiles cleaned and are very happy with the work that was done. Thane did a great job from start to finish, and Glenn was very thorough on his follow up the next day. Besides the excellent work that was done, I was impressed by the clear line of communication with Blue Knight, starting from day 1 when I called them about potentially using them for this project. Tremendous customer service. Thank you.
