I bought a 2015 Nissan Rouge 3 years ago From B&G Auto In Mesa and the auto repairs go threw Blue Key 5 it has always been a hugh issue getting the much needed repairs In the first 2 years the dealerships had the repairs done and you and your car would sit all day sometimes 6 to 8 hours getting a standard oil change on a scheduled appointment . There is a woman name Jasmine, that works for the Titan dealership side of Blue Key 5… she was very rude, talked to me like a child and hung up on me. When asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher than her she became very rude. Blue Key 5 works is contracted with a Mobil mechanic called Fix Monkey who works out of a storage area. I have taken my car there many times and been having to take it back because of the low quality work. Don’t bother trying to get service. Staff is very rude and confrontational and hangs up in your face multiple times

I want my car back I have to take a Lyft to work because they still haven’t given me an update or an estimate on when it will be gone I have called serval times and they say they’ll get back to you but I haven’t received a call back. I’m gonna have to take a Lyft to work and I really afford because I pay $800 dollars a month for my car so I’m left broke and I have no idea when I’ll get my car back this is ridiculous

Car has been in the shop total of 5 weeks all together and I just bought in December, do not and I repeat do not purchase these lemon cars, they take advantage of people not having good credit and put them in further financial bind.
