Truly horrible and unprofessional. From start to finish. Initial packout after a basement flood Garbage and water bottles throughout my basement that the workers had used. Communication with the owner was consistently delayed by days. The return of my content was completely random despite them taking extensive photos to allegedly return things where they were found. We had a flood in our home an are now through with the water mitigation and putting our home back together. The crew from 1 800 water damage did a great job with all the water mitigation. We have no visible damage left and no water smell in the house. We had to take out all the belongings in our entire home to redo the drywall and flooring and that went smoothly. The crew was great and efficient with all the pack out and pack back in. We were really happy with the process.
Shortly before Christmas a pipe broke and dumped two or three inches of water across the basement. Our insurance company USAA recommended Blue Kangaroo to remove the contents. It took about a half day to get it cleared. From there the Blue Kangaroo team cleaned what could be saved and determined what couldn’t be. I recently entrusted Blue Kangaroo Packoutz with the task of cleaning and deodorizing my valuable and expensive purses after a fire incident at my home. Unfortunately, my experience with their service left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
