Garrett Installed a Furnace and New Smart thermostat for me last year when my heat went down in February and it was sub Zero outside with a Pregnant Wife. He worked quickly to install it and was very professional. He converted my new gas dryer last year as well and was just as quick and professional with that. Lastly he installed a vented wall unit in my garage this winter and had me up and running with heat in no time. Garrett has been so awesome while dealing with a tankless water heater issue (came with the house). With many trips to our house to troubleshoot, Garrett had a positive attitude and he was communicative. As a stressed homeowner, contractor vibes can make or break a relationship.
